About Me
I grew up in Singapore. I trained as a Shiatsu practitioner, but had to give up work because of health problems. I've lived with Dave for over 20 years, on
the south coast. I'm a proud stepmother and now a step-grandmother.
My interests include writing, singing, reading (Stephen Baxter's science fiction is my current favourite), music, films, cooking - particularly making up my own recipes (spicy food and home-made ice cream are my specialities), growing things, and retail therapy. I'm also interested in art and design (especially Art Nouveau), language and etymology, mythology, psychology, and new scientific discoveries, and I like making greetings cards and jewellery.
